Here's exactly what happens.
The same trained visitor comes to your home for 45 minutes of real play, built around what your dog loves most. Then we text you a video.
Your first session
Your first session is $29. We meet you and your dog and find out exactly how your dog likes to play.
Afterward, you get a short write-up of your dog's Play Profile and a video of the session. Every session after that is built from it.
- Meet and greet. Your visitor meets you and your dog, so day one with them isn't day one with a stranger.
- Pick your dog's goals. Burning energy, focus, calming down, coming when called, or confidence. We choose together.
- Try the games. We find the games your dog loves that work on those goals.
- Energy and style. How hard your dog plays, how long they last, and what gets them too excited.
- Health and house rules. Vaccinations, injuries, age, off-limits toys, and anything your dog shouldn't do.
- Getting in. You can simply open the door, or we'll set up a lockbox, door code, or key. We'll also learn where the leash, water, and towels live.
The same visitor, every time
Your dog gets one regular visitor who comes every time, not a different stranger each week.
- Same face, same routine. Dogs play harder and settle faster with someone they know. You'll get to know them too.
- A backup your dog has met. Each dog also meets a trained backup, so a sick day never means a stranger at your door.
- Our employees, not gig workers. Every visitor is background-checked, insured, and follows the play and safety routine designed by our professional dog trainers.
- Trainer-led play. Every game has rules, like wait before the throw, drop it, and come when called, so your dog's manners get better, not worse.
The session
Every session runs 45 minutes in four parts, so your dog plays hard and ends calm.
- We build the energy up, then bring it back down before your dog gets overexcited, so they end calm, not wired.
- On hot Santa Clarita days, we schedule sessions at cooler times and switch to shade, water play, and sniffing games.
A greeting, a sniff around, a little gentle tug to get moving.
Two or three of your dog's favorite games in turn, with water breaks.
Water, a slow treat hunt, and a calm settle.
Toys away, water bowl filled, doors and gates checked and locked.
A video after every session
After each session we text you a short video of your dog playing and a quick note. Family members can get it too.
- A clip of the best moments
- The games played and your dog's favorite of the day
- How much energy your dog had before and after
- Anything worth knowing: a limp, an upset stomach, a new trick, a toy that's falling apart
No smartphone? No problem. Videos are optional, and we're always happy to tell you how it went by phone.
